With the school summer holidays upon us, I hope many of you and your colleagues are planning to take well-deserved breaks to relax and recharge. These moments of rest are vital after a busy academic year, allowing everyone to return refreshed and ready for the new challenges ahead.
Hopefully you have had an opportunity to read our blog post about the things you can do before the summer holidays to alleviate the IT related stress that can occur in September. To aid with this and ensure that support is readily available at the start of the new school year, we are pleased to announce that our service desk opening hours will be extended during this period. This extension is designed to accommodate any increased demand and to provide you with the assistance you need as you prepare for the new term.
Our extended service desk hours are as follows:
Weekdays: Monday 2nd - Friday 6th September and Monday 9th - Friday 13th September
- Our service desk will be open from 07:00 to 17:30.
Weekends: Saturday 31st August - Sunday 1st September and Saturday 7th - Sunday 8th September
- Our service desk will be open from 10:00 to 15:00.
During these times, our dedicated team will be on hand to assist you with any queries or issues you may encounter. We understand the importance of having reliable support, especially during the critical period of preparing for a new school year.
