National Apprenticeship Week — Developing Talent at Computeam
It’s National Apprenticeship Week!
Here at Computeam, we recognise the importance and long-term value of our apprenticeship programmes. We currently have 14 apprentices employed within our team, with another set to join soon, and a vacant position for a Projects Apprentice. That’s a healthy 15% of our paid workforce actively enhancing their skills and earning qualifications for their future careers!
Our apprenticeship programmes are integral to our workforce development strategy here at Computeam. We believe in investing in our employees' growth and providing opportunities for them to improve their practical skills and knowledge.
Working with leading apprenticeship providers such as Primary Goal, Now Skills, and Baltic Apprentices, we’re able to identify and support promising talent within our team.
What is National Apprenticeship Week?
National Apprenticeship Week is an annual event that highlights the importance of apprenticeships in providing skills and experience while earning a fair wage. It serves as a platform to showcase the benefits of apprenticeships for both individuals and businesses.
So, this National Apprenticeship Week, we want to commend our current apprentices for all their dedication and hard work. Your contributions are valued, and we are committed to supporting you on your journey towards a successful career in technology!
