Google for Education, Acer For Education and Computeam will host an exclusive event with a host of informative and exciting sessions for schools to learn about what using Google can do to improve your day-to-day technology.
The event will be at West Exe School, in Exeter and begins at 8:30am for coffee and pastries, with the first session starting at 9am.
From 9am-12pm, there will be a G Suite Discovery Session which is ideal for those who are new to Google For Education. It will showcase how using the free tools can benefit your school or college long term by increasing efficiency, saving money and reducing workload.
A Chromebook will be provided, so the advantages can be illustrated in the most hands on fashion.
Following a buffet lunch, there will be an option to stay for the afternoon session which is focused on Going Further With Google and broadening your skills and knowledge.
Lastly, at 3.15pm there will be a Computing Network Leaders Meeting which will be a chance for you to meet with computing SLEs and plans going forward for computing across the TSSW partnership. This hour will include development of a TSSE computing curriculum.
TSSW member schools can attend all sessions for free, while others will be charged £35 for each session.
