As champions of gender equality in the technology workspace, Tech She Can is a charity very close to our hearts. Since becoming a strategic partner of this important initiative, we have continued our mission to promote and support equal opportunities for women in the tech industry.
And with that, we’re thrilled to announce that seven determined Computeam employees will be swapping their comfortable office chairs for bike saddles in September and cycling 413km over three days—from our Taunton office to our Stockport office—all in aid of raising money for Tech She Can.
The spirited band of seven will leave Taunton on 8th September in the afternoon, with a Computeam support vehicle close by, with the aim to land in Stockport on Monday afternoon.
Tell me more about Tech She Can
Tech She Can is a charitable organisation founded in 2018 with a mission to change the underrepresentation of women in technology.
Collaborating with over 250 member organisations, they work with industry, government, and schools to inspire and attract more women into tech roles. How can you help?
We’ve set an initial fundraising target of £2,000, but the team is determined to raise even more to help this worthwhile cause.
